About HandWritten Books

HandWritten Books is a platform for independent authors across genres to promote and sell their work.

Our History

In 2009, the Fellowship of Australian Writers (FAW) started conducting workshops where writers could read their works and gain feedback from their peers. 


One group of dedicated novel writers persisted over the years, and still meets today, independently of the FAW.  


The result has been a series of novels produced and edited, and currently on Amazon in both hardcopy and e-book formats.  


In 2021 we decided to build our own platform and undertake marketing and promotion of these books .

Looking Ahead

Our vision doesn't stop here. We have now opened the site to other authors looking to promote their works independently online and ultimately look to provide our own publishing and sales channel.
