Like you, we're authors too - so to be transparent, theres no big budgets. However we do have marketing support that in addition to listing your work, can also utilise our social media to actively promote - and which you can re-share too.

We don't charge authors a cent to list on HandWritten Books. We may however, receive commissions and no cost to you, via affiliate links (Amazon etc) to your books.

Congrats! You've finished your book and decided to self publish. We'd love to have you join us!
Some of our initial criteria to be considered for listing includes that your book:
- is your own work and doesn't violate copyright, trade laws etc
- has been independently reviewed and edited
- does not contain content that is illegal/offensive
- has a professional book cover designed.

We don't (currently) sell books directly on HWB, so that means you'll need to have it listed elsewhere (ie Amazon) so that we can provide a link to it.

Once you'd like to request your work be listed on HWB, drop us a line so we can say Hi and find out more. Quickest way to do that is via our Contact Us page.

Once we're good to go with your listing we'll need the following from you:
- Book name, author
- 1 to 2 paragraph blurb on book
- 1 to 2 paragraph author bio
- Book cover as an image file (png or jpeg)
- Link to Amazon or other selling place
- Your social media (Facebook, Instagram) so we can tag you!
- There is also the option to include a sample chapter if you wish (as a pdf)

Now leave it to us to get your book and info uploaded to the HWB website.
We can't guarantee how fast you'll get onto our social pages but we'll definitely schedule you in (and generally you can expect 3 posts over the course of a month dedicated to you).

If you'd like to contribute and get your name online, you can also send us your manuscript for us to review and post if appropriate.
